Dr. Uday G. Bodhankar is an internationally acclaimed pediatrician, academician, and global health leader with over four decades of distinguished service in maternal, newborn, and child health. He currently serves as the Executive Director, Commonwealth Association for Health & Disability (UK) and Deputy Chairperson, CommonHealth Professional Alliance (UK).
He is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Sydney, Australia, International Council Member of the Asiatic Society for Pediatric Research (Japan), Honorary Professor of IMA-India, and Chairman & Professor, Indian College of Maternal & Child Health (Pediatrics). He previously held key academic roles at IGMC Nagpur and MUHS, including serving as National President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and President, International Society of Tropical Pediatrics (ISTP).
Dr. Bodhankar has contributed extensively to pediatric research, education, neonatal health, and international collaborations with WHO, UNICEF, IPA, APPA, SAARC bodies, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has participated in global workshops, UN conventions, and World Health Assembly meetings, representing India on several international pediatric platforms.
A member of editorial boards of national and international pediatric journals, he has authored and edited multiple IAP and WHO publications. His pioneering work includes IMNCI implementation, school safety initiatives, infant food act advocacy, extended maternity benefits, and significant contributions to newborn and child survival programs across India.

Dr. Bodhankar has been invited globally as guest faculty, keynote speaker, and advisor across more than 25 countries, and has served on advisory councils of the Government of India for child welfare and health policy reforms.
Dr. Sachin A. Mandavgane is Professor and former Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering at VNIT Nagpur. He is Chairman of the Board of Governance at Government College of Engineering, Amaravati, and Academic Council member of DBATU Lonere and SGGS Nanded. His research focuses on biomass and waste utilization, biorefineries, sustainable engineering, and the scientific validation of traditional sciences. He has authored over 130 research papers with more than 6000+ citations, guided 12 PhDs, and holds 15 patents.
Recognized among the Top 2% scientists worldwide by Stanford University (2024 & 2025), Dr. Mandavgane is a Fellow of the Maharashtra Academy of Science and recipient of the Sri Ramkrishna Paramhansa Research Grant (2023) and the HPCL New Generation Idea Award (2023).
He has commercialized ten technologies, including the world’s first potato peel biorefinery, dry fodder fortification for dairy productivity, and IKS-inspired solutions such as herbal repellents, water disinfection, and vrikshayurveda-based bio-inputs. A UGC-listed Resource Person for IKS, he mentors startups, advises industries on sustainability, and has served as National Secretary of Vigyan Bharati.
