Dr. Uday Govindrao Bodhankar
Dr. Uday G. Bodhankar is an internationally acclaimed pediatrician, academician, and global health leader with over four decades of distinguished service in maternal, newborn, and child health. He currently serves as the Executive Director, Commonwealth Association for Health & Disability (UK) and Deputy Chairperson, CommonHealth Professional Alliance (UK).
He is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Sydney, Australia, International Council Member of the Asiatic Society for Pediatric Research (Japan), Honorary Professor of IMA-India, and Chairman & Professor, Indian College of Maternal & Child Health (Pediatrics). He previously held key academic roles at IGMC Nagpur and MUHS, including serving as National President of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and President, International Society of Tropical Pediatrics (ISTP).
Dr. Bodhankar has contributed extensively to pediatric research, education, neonatal health, and international collaborations with WHO, UNICEF, IPA, APPA, SAARC bodies, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has participated in global workshops, UN conventions, and World Health Assembly meetings, representing India on several international pediatric platforms.
A member of editorial boards of national and international pediatric journals, he has authored and edited multiple IAP and WHO publications. His pioneering work includes IMNCI implementation, school safety initiatives, infant food act advocacy, extended maternity benefits, and significant contributions to newborn and child survival programs across India.
He is the recipient of numerous national and international awards, including:

Dr. Sachin A. Mandavgane
Dr. Sachin A. Mandavgane is Professor and former Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering at VNIT Nagpur. He is Chairman of the Board of Governance at Government College of Engineering, Amaravati, and Academic Council member of DBATU Lonere and SGGS Nanded. His research focuses on biomass and waste utilization, biorefineries, sustainable engineering, and the scientific validation of traditional sciences. He has authored over 130 research papers with more than 6000+ citations, guided 12 PhDs, and holds 15 patents.
Recognized among the Top 2% scientists worldwide by Stanford University (2024 & 2025), Dr. Mandavgane is a Fellow of the Maharashtra Academy of Science and recipient of the Sri Ramkrishna Paramhansa Research Grant (2023) and the HPCL New Generation Idea Award (2023).
He has commercialized ten technologies, including the world’s first potato peel biorefinery, dry fodder fortification for dairy productivity, and IKS-inspired solutions such as herbal repellents, water disinfection, and vrikshayurveda-based bio-inputs. A UGC-listed Resource Person for IKS, he mentors startups, advises industries on sustainability, and has served as National Secretary of Vigyan Bharati.
Vaidya Jayant Deopujari
Ayurvedic Physician | Panchakarma Expert | Academic Leader
Vaidya Jayant Deopujari is a distinguished Ayurvedic physician with over 40 years of clinical experience and recognized expertise in Panchakarma. A recipient of the Honorary D.Litt. from Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, he has significantly contributed to Ayurveda through clinical practice, research, education, and national policy-making.
He has served in several prestigious leadership roles, including Chairman, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (2021–25), Chairman, Ayurveda Sectional Committee BIS, and Chairman, ISO/Traditional Medicine Subcommittee (Ayurveda & Yoga). He has also guided major initiatives under the Ministry of AYUSH, NCERT, and WHO.
An accomplished researcher, he has published over 29 papers, authored 8 books, and contributed to Ayurvedic pharmaceutics with an Indian patent to his credit. He has been an advisor, mentor, and member of various national bodies, significantly shaping educational standards, clinical guidelines, and traditional medicine research in India.
Currently, he practices as a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician and Panchakarma Expert at Shrinidhi Ayurved Chikitsalaya, Nagpur, continuing his lifelong mission to advance Ayurveda for holistic health and well-being.
Anupama Gadkari
Ms. Anupama Gadkari is a Consultant Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and HRD Trainer with over three decades of professional experience. She is an RCI-registered practitioner (CRR-A70406) and the founder of SRUJAN Psychotherapy and Counselling Center, Nagpur.
She holds an M.A. in Applied Psychology from the University of Mumbai and has received advanced training in REBT, CBT (Beck Institute, USA), Diagnosis & Treatment of Learning Disorders, Preventive & Promotive Health, and Naturopathy & Yoga Therapy.
Ms. Gadkari is a Life Member of IACP, IPS, and IACBT. Her work has earned several recognitions, including multiple international advertising awards for a schizophrenia awareness campaign, Scroll of Honour by VIA Lady Wing, and the Sans Queen Award.
With rich experience across hospitals, schools, industries, and IT organizations, she specializes in psychological assessments, psychotherapy, mental health training, and community interventions. She has presented at national and international conferences and conducted workshops on CBT, REBT, developmental disabilities, sleep disorders, adolescence counseling, and more.
She has extensively contributed to capacity building—training over 1000 HIV/AIDS counselors, educators, psychologists, and corporate teams. As a writer and media contributor, she has authored a psychological advice column for Lokmat Times Sakhi and has been featured by leading newspapers, radio, and TV channels.
Ms. Gadkari continues to play a vital role in promoting mental health awareness and providing professional psychological services across Nagpur and beyond.
Dr Radha Munje
Prof & Head, Resp Medicine, IGGMC, Nagpur
Dr Radha Munje is a senior pulmonologist and physician with over 35 years of clinical, academic, and research experience in Respiratory and Internal Medicine. Her areas of expertise include Tuberculosis (TB & MDR-TB), Asthma and Allergy, COPD, ILD, Sleep Disorders, and COVID-related respiratory care.
She has held several prestigious leadership roles, including President of the Vidarbha Chest Association (2019–21) and Governing Council Member of the Indian Chest Society. A recipient of multiple national honors, she has delivered renowned orations such as S.N. Tripathy Oration (NATCON 2015), Mokadam Oration (2021), and S.P. Agrawal Oration (NATCON 2023), and received the Professional Excellence Award by the Government of India on World TB Day 2021.
Dr Radha Munje has been the Organising Chairperson of the 73rd NATCON, Nagpur, serves on editorial boards of leading medical journals, and has authored 50+ national and international publications with chapters in major textbooks. She has played a key role in national TB programs (NTEP), ethics committees, and ICMR/CDC-funded research projects, contributing significantly to policy, guidelines, and medical education in India.
Bimla Deoskar
Bimla Deoskar Recipient of India's highest national award for excellence in adventure sports, she has mentored 14 Everest summiters under Mission Shaurya. Her accolades include the Nagpur Hero Award, Global Nagurian Award, Rashtra Sevika Samiti Award, and Uttarakhand Gadh Gourav Samman. With over 100 felicitations, she has delivered motivational talks at 70+ major corporate events, including Google. Her extensive mountaineering experience spans over three decades, featuring significant climbs such as INWEE 1993, multiple IMF Everest Selection Expeditions, and the Fit@50+ Women’s Trans Himalayan Expedition. She has summited peaks like Mt. Manirang, Mt. Kilimanjaro, and Mt. Satopanth. She serves as President of the Maharashtra Chapter of the National Adventure Foundation, mentor and board member of Sakshi NGO, and founder member of Women Adventure Network of India and Outward Bound Bharat Trust. Additionally, she is the director of Adventure Training Academy Pvt Ltd, promoting adventure sports and safe motherhood initiatives.
Hrishikesh Karmarkar
Hrishikesh’s musical journey began with his mother Madhuri Kaslikar Karmarkar. He started receiving musical training at the age of 10. Later, he dedicated the last 12 years of his musical education to classical vocals under the guidance of Pt. Subhash ji Kashalkar. A decade ago, Hrishikesh embarked on a unique musical adventure by learning to play the rare instrument Dilruba. Currently, he receives invaluable guidance from esteemed violinist Shri Shirish Bhalerao, Pt. Nityanand Haldipur, and Harsh Narayan ji. His exceptional talent has been recognized with several accolades. He is graded artist of Akashwani in Dilruba Instrumental and Classical Vocals . Recently, he was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal of RTM Nagpur University for securing the top position in the MA (Classical Vocals) program. Hrishikesh’s remarkable achievements have extended beyond the classroom. He has consistently demonstrated his prowess in various musical competitions. He won the first prize in the Akashwani Competition in the Bhakti Sangeet category, the second prize in the Classical Vocals category, and the first prize in the Dilruba Classical category at the Inter-University Zonal Festival. Additionally, he secured the second prize at the National Zonal Festival organized by Furthermore, Hrishikesh has been fortunate enough to receive yearly scholarships from the Maharashtra Cultural Club for music and recently, he was awarded a scholarship from the Maa Annapurna Devi Foundation for last year . Hrishikesh has performed for South Central zone under Ministry of Culture . He has performed in front of dignitaries at WAVEs summit .
